An agreement for management and service was duly executed between River Rock Hotels & Resorts and Elt Building. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, River Rock Hotels & Resorts shall undertake the management of our hotel apartments and the La Quinta by Wyndham hotel. This partnership with a reputable and renowned company of such scale provides a significant guarantee for the success of our owners' investment.
It is noteworthy that this marks the maiden collaboration for "River Rock Hotels & Resorts" in the region, and we take immense pride in "Elt Building" and its projects being chosen as the platform to launch operations in Georgia.
