Elt Building

Construction company ‘’Elt Building’’ was represented at the international property exhibition ‘’Sain-Petersburg international property show’’ which is visited by 3000-5000 visitors per year and is held in Saints Petersburg/ Russia.

During the show the company presented new project ‘’La quinta by Wyndham and Wyn Residence’’ which involves up to 1000 premium and platinum class apartments in Batumi, on the first line of the sea. Throughout the exhibition different type of agreements were made with local and international real estate agencies, and the negotiations with people who are interested in the real estate environment in Batumi were also actively conducted.
