Elt Building

Construction company ‘’Elt Building’’ was presented at the international real estate exhibition ‘’ComfortHome’’ in Riga, Latvia.

During the show the new project ‘’La Quinata by Wyndham and Wyn residence’’ was presented’’ which involves up to 1000 premium and platinum class apartments in Batumi, on the first line of the sea.

During the show agreements were made with local and international real estate agencies and meetings were organized with people who are interested in real estate environment in Georgia.
